Luxury real estate developer M3M Group has launched its most premium project on Golf Course Extension Road, called ‘M3M Altitude’. This project promises impressive revenue potential of Rs 4000 crore and is located near the prestigious Trump Towers and a beautifully designed 9-hole golf course.
M3M Altitude is part of the 60-acre exclusive community known as ‘M3M Golf Estate’. This 4-acre project is designed by the world-renowned Uptown Hansen Architects (UHA) from London. With a development cost of Rs 1200 crore, it offers a total saleable area of 10 lakh sq ft.
The project includes 350 homes, with prices ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 30 crore, and is expected to be completed by 2031. The Golf Course Extension Road (GCRE) is now considered the top investment destination in the country, known for its luxury housing and retail spaces.

Average prices reached over 20,000 per sq ft in 2023, and are expected to exceed 50,000 per sq ft in the next three years,” said Sudeep Bhatt, President of M3M India. This highlights the area’s rapid growth and appeal.
M3M Altitude’s landscape is being designed by Oracle Landscape. The apartments will include 4 BHK units (plus a servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3780 sq ft to 8000 sq ft.
A standout feature is the tallest sky club in Gurgaon, spanning approximately 2 million sq ft. It will offer all amenities for residents and be connected to the residential units by a large glass-air bridge, the largest of its kind in Gurgaon.
